Al contrario, ha generado efectos adversos, como la limitaci\u00f3n de plazas en ikastolas y una distribuci\u00f3n desigual del alumnado vulnerable, especialmente en la matr\u00edcula viva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde Ikastolen Elkartea proponen medidas concretas para avanzar hacia un sistema m\u00e1s justo e inclusivo:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Redefinir el \u00edndice de vulnerabilidad con datos objetivos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revisar de forma justa las zonas escolares de influencia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear oficinas municipales de matriculaci\u00f3n neutrales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reorganizar la matr\u00edcula viva con criterios de equidad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Garantizar un trato igualitario para todas las redes educativas que ofrecen un servicio p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respetar la libertad de elecci\u00f3n de las familias.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, han anunciado compromisos importantes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se implementar\u00e1 un <\/span><b>sistema propio de becas en todas las ikastolas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para garantizar el acceso universal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se desarrollar\u00e1 un <\/span><b>nuevo plan de euskaldunizaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para alumnado que no habla euskera en casa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se apoyar\u00e1 a todas las familias que deseen continuar en la ikastola elegida.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las ikastolas se reafirman como agentes activos y comprometidos con la transformaci\u00f3n del sistema educativo vasco, y hacen un llamamiento a la colaboraci\u00f3n institucional, social y familiar para construir juntas el futuro de nuestra comunidad.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=\u00bb20006&#8243;
